Painter, graphic artist. Born in October 16,1907 in the town of
Yelysavethrad, now Kirovohrad - died in October 15,1983 in the city of Kharkiv. Took part
in the WWII military actions. Graduated from Kharkiv Art Institute (1925-30), teachers
M.Burachek, O.Marenkov, M.Fedorov. Member of KhB UAU from 1948. Participant in Republican,
All-Union and International exhibitions from 1927. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1963,
1969, 1976-77,1982,1997. Worked at Publishing Houses of Ukraine “DVU”, "Molody
bilshovyk", "Dytvydav". |
