Graphic artist. Honoured Worker of Art of Ukraine (from 1951). Born in
January 27, 1904 at the station of Debaltseve, now Donetsk region - died in March 12, 1961
in the city of Kharkiv. Graduated from Kharkiv Art Institute (1922-29), teachers
I.Padalka, O.Marenkov, S.Prokhorov. Member of KhB UAU from 1938. Participant in
Republican, All-Union and International exhibitions from 1927. Personal exhibitions:
Kharkiv - 1940, 1958; Kyiv - 1985; town of Chuhuyiv (Kharkiv reg.) - 1959. Was a teacher
at Kharkiv Art School (1931-33). |
