Painter, graphic artist. Born in December 16,1900 in the town of
Pavlohrad, now Dnipropetrovsk region - died in August 12,1974 in the city of Kharkiv.
Graduated from Odessa Art School (1916-17), teachers T.Dvornykov, D.Krainev; Kharkiv Art
Institute (1922-30), teachers M.Sharonov, M.Burachek. Member of KhB UAU from 1939.
Participant in exhibitions from 1929. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv — 1959,1970; town of
Chuhuyiv (Kharkiv reg.) - 1959. Worked at the Kharkiv Art and History Museum (1923-33),
the State Picture Gallery (1933-41), the Kharkiv State Art Museum (1945-63). |
