  Painter, graphic artist. Born in October 1, 1898 in the city of Kharkiv - died in February 11, 1990 in the same place. Took part in the WWII. Graduated from Arts and Crafts Workshops of Decorative Painting (Kharkiv, 1913-17), Kharkiv Art Institute (1923-29), teachers M.Burachek, M.Fedorov, S.Prokhorov, O.Kokel. Member of KhB UAU from 1938. Participant in Republican, All-Union and International exhibitions from 1927. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1971, 1978, 1984, 1998; vil. of Blyzniuky (Kharkiv reg.) - 1976, town of Kupiansk (Kharkiv reg.) - 1971. Was a teacher at KhSAI-KhAII (1944-86), Ass. professor (from 1951).
