  Sculptor, graphic artist, painter. People's artist of Ukraine (from 1944). Born in October 18,1896 in the town of Yekaterynoslav, now Dnipropetrovsk - died in January 3,1979 in the city of Kharkiv. Graduated from Odessa Art School (1913-15), teacher Y.Mormone. Member of KhB UAU from 1938. Participant in Republican, All-Union and International exhibitions from 1925. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1955,1976,1997. Worked as a teacher at KhSAI (1948-51).
