Theatre artist. People's Artist of Ukraine (since 1976). Born in August
3,1923 in the city of Odessa. Took part in the WWII. Graduated from KhSAI (1945-51),
teachers D.Ovcharenko, B.Kosarev. Member of KhB UAU since 1960, The Ukrainian Theatre
Association (1965-89). Participant in exhibitions since 1951, Republican and All-Union
since 1954. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1983,1984,1993,1995; vil. of Parkhomivka
(Kharkiv reg.) - 1997. Worked at KhSAI (1951-58), artist-producer (1955-68) and Chief
Artist (1968-88) at the Kharkiv M. V. Lysenko State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
