Safonov Serhiy Dmytrovych
 
     
  Painter. Born in June 15,1914 in the town of Yekaterynodar, now Krasnodar - died in 1988 in the city of Kharkiv. Studied at Workers' Art Studios in Kharkiv, took lessons from I.Shulha (1936-38). Member of KhB UAU from 1970. Participant in Republican exhibitions from 1961.
